September Tease
It's no wonder it seems like every year, I get the sense that summer will never end... Here it is, late September, and it's supposed to be 91 degrees Monday! We don't have that many 90 plus days all year, and yet, here as Autumn is about to start, it's getting sunny and warm... I know, I know, it will take a sudden turn at some point, into rain and cold, and not go back, for months and months. This is just the usual annual September Tease.

Delayed Hassle
As I get ready to make a "formal" CDR sleeve or two, I discover yet another delayed hassle! This one is tiny, compared to my insurance company declaring my vehicle as totaled, to the DMV, in error. Or the phone company failing to change my long distance company, even after charging me to do it... Ahhh! When my IBM hard drive died, my templates for making various sorts of CDR sleeves died with it. This is the year of the hassles, big and small. So far, I've weathered them all. :-) OK, fine, I can fix *that* too... Not tonight though.

Elusive Dream
Sometimes, it seems like I was happier off in my dream land,with my reggae records, my record buying trips, with everything that went with my reggae listening.

Was it an illusion? Or was I happier then?

What I really wanted was my reggae world, and also a good relationship with my girl... Those never seemed to fully happen, at least not within my marriage. I've seen glimpses though, wonderous painfully short glimpses of that dream.

Could I go *back* to that dream world? Or some modified version?

Overrated Concept
Change is *not* good. I hate the expression, "change is good." It's a stupid mantra. OK, well, sometimes change is good. It depends. Often, change is very bad!! Yeah, a new expression, "change is bad!" Or, "the less change, the better." Change is overrated.

Vision?
"The sun surrounds me and all I'm seeing are the dark times." (Beachwood Sparks) How can that that be, though? If all one sees are the dark times, how does one even realize the sun? Hmm, I understand this.
